What are pen flicks?
Pen flicks are gestures you can make with your tablet pen to quickly navigate and perform shortcuts.
There are two categories of pen flicks: navigational and editing. Navigational pen flicks include drag up, drag down, move back, and move forward. Editing pen flicks include copy, paste, undo, and delete. For example, you can drag up or down on a page, move back or forward in a browser window, or paste an item into a document—all with a flick of your pen.

Navigate through browser windows and documents
Use your tablet pen to quickly move through a browser, a document, or a playlist without using a scroll bar. For example, an upward flick drags the page down and a downward flick drags the page up. When using a browser, a pen flick to the left moves you back one page and a pen flick to the right moves you forward one page.

Perform common shortcuts
Instead of tapping a menu command or a button on a toolbar to perform a common shortcut, such as copy, paste, undo, or delete, you can perform these shortcuts with a flick of your tablet pen.

Customize your pen flicks
The actions that navigational and editing pen flicks perform are assigned by default, but you can customize the pen flicks to perform actions that you do every day. For example, if you frequently use keyboard shortcuts, such as F5 or CTRL+B, you can assign pen flicks actions to do these tasks for you.
