You can use Windows Remote Assistance to connect to someone's computer and help him or her with a computer problem, even if you're not nearby.

1.	Open Remote Assistance by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Maintenance, and then clicking Windows Remote Assistance.
2.	Follow the instructions.
