Use the Connect to a Network Projector wizard to find a network projector by searching for one on the network or by entering a projector's network address.
Open the Connect to a Network Projector wizard by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Connect to a Network Projector.

Click Search for a projector (recommended).
A list of projectors appears. Projectors that you used recently are at the top of the list.

Select a projector from the list.

If access to the projector is protected by a password, enter the password.

Click Connect.

The Network Presentation dialog box opens and then minimizes on the Windows taskbar. Use this dialog box to control your presentation.

Click Pause/Resume to switch between pausing and continuing the presentation.

Click Disconnect to end the presentation and disconnect from the projector.
You can enter the address as a URL (a web address, such as http://server/projectors/projector_1) or as a UNC (Universal Naming Convention) path (for example, \\server\projectors\projector_1).

If you search for a network projector, the wizard can find it only if the projector is connected to the local subnet (the same network segment that your computer is connected to). However, when you enter a projector's network address, the wizard can find the projector regardless of where it's located on the network.
