Order prints online by using Windows Live Photo Gallery

We've gotten used to sharing digital photos, but sometimes it's nice to have prints as well. Printing photos online is typically less expensive than printing photos on your own printer, and you can count on high-quality printing, ink, and paper so your photos look their best now and in the years to come. If you're printing photos for someone else, ordering the prints online also saves you the trouble of packaging and mailing the prints—you can have them shipped directly or sent to a local store for pickup.

From Windows Live Photo Gallery, you can quickly and easily order prints online. Just follow these steps:

1.

Select the photos you want to print.

2.

Click Print, and then click Order prints. Photo Gallery displays a list of preferred companies that service your area.

3.

After you have made a selection, click Send Pictures, and then click Send.

You may need to sign in to the printing company's website, select a pickup location, or enter a delivery address. Then select the size and quantity of your prints. Depending on the printing company, you may be able to select other options too, such as doubles, finish (glossy or matte), a message printed on the back of the photo, or even printing the photo on a mug or other photo gift.

The last company you ordered prints from will appear on the menu when you click Print, making it even quicker to send photos to this company next time.
