Management Console

Print Management provides a single interface that administrators can use to administer multiple printers and print servers. You can also use Print Management (or the Printbrm.exe command-line tool) to export printers and settings from one computer and import them on another computer.

To open the Microsoft Managament Console (MMC) snap-in for Print Management, click Start, click Control Panel, click System and Maintenance, click Administrative Tools, and then click Print Management.
